√    Do you have a client who’s struggling with just the basic accounting issues? Or perhaps personal problems are needing their full time attention and they need help protecting their business interests?

√    Does the spouse need someone to clear the fog that exists in the financial reporting / or no reporting that they get from the one who’s running the business?  The scene might develop like this –  Husband keeps telling wife – everythings fine and the company is worth $$$$$$$.  Then the husband gets sick, dies or runs off and the wife finds out the business has been losing $$$$$  for a short or long time, it is now underwater by $$$$$$ and she is going to lose the house and what happens to the kids??  Prism can provide some comfort in this area at a reasonable cost.  If they need audits – thats for other CPA firms –  but I can at least open the hood and see what’s in there as a first step.

√    Is the bank and the business owner relationship strained and needing an interpreter/facilitator to get each what they need.  This should lead to the bank lending funds the client needs and the client complying with the banks requirements.

√    Perhaps the client is simply stuck in government tax /reporting problems that are dragging them down.  Having someone like Prism with experience in between the client and government is a good strategy.
